Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Collateify mobile application on iOS, provided by Pandobal Limited (Hong Kong). By downloading or using Collateify, you agree to these terms.

This document also serves as our end-user license terms for the app. If you obtained Collateify from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required by Apple.

License

Pandobal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Collateify on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and App Store rules.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the app to provide a competing service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.

The service

Collateify helps you organize photos on your device by reviewing them in time periods and choosing to keep or delete. Core organizing features may include a daily free allowance; unlimited organizing is available via Collateify Pro subscription.

Photo processing stays on your device. Features may change as we improve the product; we may update the app through the App Store.

Subscriptions

Collateify Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as weekly and yearly plans, with a 3-day free trial where available. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Collateify cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable, subject to Apple’s rules.

Acceptable use

You may use Collateify only for lawful personal purposes. You are solely responsible for decisions to keep or delete photos. Deleted photos follow your device and system photo library rules (including any Recently Deleted album).

Do not misuse the app in ways that harm others or violate applicable law.
Do not attempt to interfere with App Store billing, entitlement checks, or security mechanisms.

Privacy

How Collateify handles information is described in our Privacy Policy at pandobal.com/privacy. By using the app, you also acknowledge that policy.

Disclaimer

Collateify is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandobal Limited is not liable for loss of photos, data, or other damages arising from use of the app, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the laws of your place of residence.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of Collateify after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version is always available at pandobal.com/terms.
