Privacy Policy
Overview
Collateify is provided by Pandobal Limited (Hong Kong). This Privacy Policy explains how the Collateify app handles information when you use it on your device.
Collateify organizes your photos on this device. Photos are not uploaded to Pandobal servers. We do not operate a Collateify account system and we do not require you to create an account with us.
Information we process
The following summarizes what may be processed when you use Collateify:

Permissions we use
Photos: Access is used only to read and organize your photo library on your device.
Notifications: Used for a local reminder about 2 days before a free trial ends, so you can avoid an unexpected renewal. Reminders are scheduled on the device.
Location data in photos: The photo info screen may show a place name from metadata already in the photo. We do not track your live GPS location, and Collateify does not request continuous background location.
What we do not collect
- We do not upload your photos or albums to Pandobal servers.
- We do not run advertising trackers or sell your personal information.
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that send your usage data to us.
- We do not collect payment card numbers; billing is handled by Apple.
Third parties
Depending on how you use the app and your device, the following may process information under their own policies:
- Apple — App Store subscriptions, In-App Purchase, and system services (for example Maps when you choose to open a location, and system reverse geocoding).
- Your device operating system — permission prompts, local storage, and local notifications.
Pandobal does not sell personal data to third parties.
Retention
Because photo and preference data stay on your device, retention is controlled by you: uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes Collateify’s local data. Photos themselves remain in your system photo library according to your device settings. We do not retain your photos on Pandobal servers.
Children
Collateify is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us in a way that concerns you, contact us and we will help address it.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid subscriptions (Collateify Pro) are billed and managed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Prices are shown in the app at purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card details. For Apple’s handling of purchase data, see Apple’s privacy policy.
Your choices
You can turn off Photos or Notifications access in iOS Settings at any time. You can cancel subscription renewal in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app stops local processing by Collateify; it does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of Collateify after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. The latest version is always available at pandobal.com/privacy.
